Fisk Farm & Home - Return Information

Thank you very much for your purchase!

Our goal is to make your shopping experience easy, enjoyable and beneficial. Occasionally products need to be returned for one reason or another. We want to make that experience as convenient as possible. Please call or e-mail our customer service department with any questions.

1.     Returning a Product Directly To a Store:

Products purchased online may be returned within 30 days to either store in Monona or Cresco, Iowa or shipped back with an RGA#.  (See #4 below).  The product must be in original condition and an invoice/receipt is required with every return. The return will be issued in the same form that the product was purchased or in the form of a gift card. Shipping charges will not be refunded.

 2. Returning a Product Damaged in Shipping:

Occasionally a product will get damaged in shipping. If this has happened to your order, please contact us at 563-539-2405 or you may e-mail ­­­­­­­­­­­­­­­­­­info@FiskFarmandHome.com.  We will assist you in filing the claim with the shipper who shipped your order. A call tag will need to be issued for the shipper to pick up the damaged merchandise. To expedite the process, please keep the item in its original packaging.

3. Returning a Product under Manufacturer's Warranty:

Please contact Fisk Farm & Home and talk to a customer service representative if you need help returning an item under a manufacturer’s warranty. 563-539-2405

4. Returning a Product for Other Reasons:

We'll be glad to accept returns for other reasons provided the product is in its original unused condition and container and you return it within 30 days of purchase.

Please call our Internet Sales Customer Service Department at 563-539-2405 to receive a Return Goods Authorization Number (RGA#). Fill out Return Goods Authorization Form provided below and include it with your shipment.

a.     Please include a copy of your invoice showing your purchase.

b.    Return the product to us via UPS Insured. For non-mailable items, please call our Customer Service number to arrange for return shipment.

When we have received your return we will refund you in the same form that the product was purchased or in the form of a gift certificate.

You will be credited the full price of the product and any applicable tax, less a 15% restocking fee. We will notify you via E-mail of your refund status.

 

 

4. Exchanges:

Our return center cannot process exchanges. If you've found another item on our website you'd prefer, please place a separate order for the new item and return the unwanted one under the terms of our Return Policy.
